In any crisis, the operators expect to have at least three sections in the dispatching software in order to command, control and manage the whole mission in critical situations. Live video streaming which is being transferred from the portable cameras, body cameras or even the fixed ones installed in the crisis area will help the commander in the control room so much that he/she can have a better view of the scene for deciding and advising the operative at the scene of crisis during the mission time. Whereas, by adding the AI technology of object and face detection, the video streamed to the command control room can be processed in real-time and gives different suggestions to the commander to manage the mission with as low faulty as possible. These videos can be reached even through the light cameras installed on the UAV or Quadcopter flying close to the crisis area without any location restriction and giving live video in any direction .
